Perbandingan Parameter Airway antara Wanita Hamil Aterm dengan Wanita Yang Tidak Hamil

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perubahan anatomi jalan napas dapat menimbulkan kesulitan pengelolaan jalan napas dan ventilasi mekanik bila dilakukan anestesi umum untuk seksio sesarea atau operasi non-obstetrik lain saat wanita tersebut sedang hamil.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah perubahan parameter airway pada wanita hamil aterm.
Subjek dan Metode: Dilakukan penelitian pada 43 orang pasien hamil aterm yang akan dilakukan tindakan seksio sesarea di RS Melinda 1 dan 43 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol wanita dewasa yang tidak hamil. Penelitian dengan ijin etik No. 012/SE-RSIAM/ IV/2026. Diukur tinggi badan, berat badan, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), lebar buka mulut, skor Mallampati, jarak tiromental dan lingkaran leher. Data hasil penelitian dihitung dengan Mann Whitney.
Hasil: Umur lebih tua pada wanita hamil aterm (<0,001), berat badan wanita hamil aterm lebih berat (p<0,001), IMT wanita hamil aterm lebih besar (p<0,001), tinggi badan tidak berbeda (p = 0,582), lebar membuka mulut lebih kecil pada hamil aterm (p=.0,014), skor Mallampati lebih besar pada hamil aterm (<0,001), Jarak tiromental tidak berbeda (p=0,46), lingkaran leher lebih besar pada wanita hamil aterm (p < 0,001).
Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam berat badan, IMT, lebar buka mulut, skor Mallampati, dan
lingkaran leher, akan tetapi, tidak ada perbedaan jarak tiromental.
