Tinjauan Sistematis ERACS terkait dengan Anestesi dari Tahun 2013 hingga 2023

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Enhance Recovery After Caesarean Surgery (ERACS) adalah protokol perioperatif bertahap yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesiapan pasien menghadapi operasi besar dan mempercepat pemulihan. Seksio sesarea merupakan salah satu prosedur bedah obstetri-ginekologi paling sering dilakukan. Penerapan ERACS membuat pemulihan lebih cepat sehingga semakin populer.
Tujuan: Artikel ini meninjau studi tentang peningkatan pemulihan pasca-seksio sesarea terkait anestesi dari tahun 2013–2023 dengan fokus pada efektivitas, keamanan, dan dampak pada pasien
Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian ini disesuaikan dengan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020. Artikel yang diikutsertakan ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan berfokus pada anestesi ERACS dari tahun 2013–2023. Pencarian dilakukan melalui PubMed, SagePub, dan Medline, dengan mengecualikan ulasan, publikasi ganda, dan karya parsial.
Hasil: Ditemukan 71 jurnal dari PubMed, 18 dari SagePub, dan 98 dari Medline. Setelah identifikasi dan seleksi, jumlahnya menjadi 63 dari PubMed, 18 dari SagePub, dan 52 dari Medline. Penyaringan duplikasi menghasilkan 24 jurnal, dan 9 dipilih untuk analisis.
Simpulan: Program ERACS menurunkan konsumsi opioid pascaoperasi, lama rawat inap, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.
